John Suckling

Global Lead

Hello, I am the UBT Household Global Lead. I work closely with our team from product development through to following the distribution and shipping of our products, to ensure our customers build and develop positive and lasting connections with our products. I trust you enjoy your journey with us on the sales team.

Ketsia Hart

Marketing and Admin

Hello! My role as part of the Household team is Project Manager. I monitor projects along their various stages to ensure deadlines are met and we are able to create amazing products for you to sell. Seeing our products in the hands of our customers is so rewarding, and it’s inspirational knowing that we’ve all played a part in creating that extra piece of knowledge or enjoyment. Our global sales team is 100% a part of the journey, so thank you!

Executive Assistant

I joined the UBTH team when I left school at the end of 2022. As EA to John Suckling, I am lucky enough to be able to be able to work alongside the team and witness the development of the remarkable products that UBTH has to offer!

Ella Turley

Operations Lead

Hello, I’ve joined the UBTH Team July 2022. It’s very inspiring seeing all the behind the scenes work that goes into our final products, and how much thought and involvement there is at so many levels of the community. My role is to ensure we deliver all of our products and offerings efficiently and effectively to our community. We’re looking forward to working and supporting the whole sales team going forward.

Kayley Richardson

Creative Lead

Hello! I joined the Household team in Feb 2023 to bring a creative skillset to the team. My role involves graphic design, branding, product development and design, and liaising with our awesome suppliers, producers and creative agencies to bring products to life. The Sales team is the crucial link between the customers and our team; the feedback you get whilst on the ground selling is key to my role in developing products that meet the customers’ needs and wants! I can’t wait to work with the whole team moving forward to continue to bring value to our community!

Maddison Murray

Team Assistant

I joined the UBTH team in September 2022, and it has been truly inspiring learning what goes into getting these amazing products out to the community and how much thought and involvement goes in at every level, to develop top quality products for our customers to enjoy.
Currently my role is an assistant to the team in the development and execution of all of the household products, ensuring you get the very best these products have to offer. I look forward to learning more over the coming months, and hope you enjoy working with us!

Mike Boon

Global Logistics

My role as Logistics Manager sees me involved in the shipping and distribution of physical products for UBTH, as well as other departments. I work closely with Malcum Brewer and the team to navigate the ever-changing world of global logistics in view of getting our products to customers as soon as possible.

Estelle Earl

Regional Database Administrator

I have been with UBT since April 2019. My role as Regional Database Administrator involves keeping the Connect Data Base System up to date. I love being part of the UBTH team and give my all to my tasks. Working with my team always inspires me.

Becca Fysh

Database Manager

I started working for UBT in 2016, moving straight into the role of Global Database Administrator. My role focuses on helping projects to run smoothly and gives me the opportunity to work alongside a large number of volunteers from around the globe.
